Each program starts with an initial consultation. During this 45-minute session, we will discuss your overall health, nutrition, goals, and concerns. You will come away with a clearer picture of what you need to work on in order to reach your goals and we will asses how I can best support you.

- Detailed recommendations from each session
- E-mail support between sessions
- Handouts, samples, and other materials
- Group seminars and classes covering a variety of health-related topics
