Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor, Andrea Davis AADP and New York Vintner’s Wine Consultant and organic gardener, Gerard Quirk CESW will take you through the principles behind the organic production of food and wine and how you can eat and drink healthier right here in New York City: you will learn what foods are truly organic and where to buy them! We will marry the wines with samples of some fabulous authentic dishes such as the Pre-Colombian dish, Locro, and organic Guacamole made in our own kitchen.
